I buy my odd value TT/BI from Krisp1 in the UK.  They have 1M and some duals
that I have bought.

   I use TT/BI these days.  The only real caveat is for things like 1meg log
pots, 1/8" shaft pots, etc. you will end up having to place an "off-catalog"
order through a vendor like Digikey, minimum order of 240 pieces.  And it
will take 12 weeks.
