[sdiy] Potentiometers and suppliers for 1/4" jacks

Digi-Key for one (100k starting at $4/each).  Or go straight through 
TTI in bulk (same pot is closer to $2).  There's more info here:

There isn't a very wide selection of values available, so that's a real 
downside to the Bi Tech pots.
