Panasonic have a series of 0805 down to 0403 3300ppm tempco resistors that 
many distributors carry (usually not all values, though), but only speced 
for 5% accuracy IIRC.  They should also have a variant with a higher tempco 
(3900ppm I think) so that you can adjust the TC down with a series resistor.
