[sdiy] Quad VCA design

Well, it's not exciting, like installing a 78L05 backwards (the flat face of
the TO-92 package literally blew across the room -- it could easily have
taken out my eye had I been staring at it up close).  When 2164s self
destruct, there's no outward sign (except overheating, perhaps).  They just
cease to work, and any circuit with them in will give off a high-pitched
whine.
