Vintage:
- ARP potted modules.
- Korg 35 potted module.
- Yamaha potted modules.

Current:
- Hearn Morley potted VCO-1c (nice module by the way!)
- Schippman VCF-02 potted filter board.

Anything with SSMs or CEMs is living on borrowed time.

Not everything is repairable at the component level.
I remember a few years ago opening up an Elka Wilgamat III that was
misbehaving.  A couple of the PCBs were fully coated in black epoxy.
Definitely not repairable.

....and one the main reasons for the state of consumer electronics
today.  Oh the irony!
