Ah, i looked a little harder on that website I sent out and found that even though that particular module was end-of-life'd, there is a nearly identical replacement: http://www.ghielectronics.com/catalog/product/450 In fact, it's better b/c for the same price ($25) it now includes the 3.3V regulator and 32.768 kHz crystal. -Noah
