Heh - I thought I would never be able to solder SMD... At least Schmartboards seem to
help, but one thing in my favor (and I'm a sexegenarian now) is the fact that I have
rather severe myopia. It's correctable with lenses and if I take my spectacles off, my
eyes work like a low power microscope. I've been able to solder (so far) down to .5 mm
pitch TQFP. YMMV.
