OKay, not ideal, but... to get special results, sometimes it's
necessary to do special things, so I poked around and this looks like
the cheapest place to get windows xp, 32-bit edition:
http://www.productquest.net/microsoft-window-xp-pro-student.html
I just ordered a copy. I have an extra hard drive I can install it
on. It's a small price to pay for the ability to use the Tone Core
HW. It really is a completely solid pedal hardware and I already have
three of the modules.
I'll give an update when it arrives.
