No, BrideChamber owns those rights (the Gerber files to run existing
boards).

This is not to say that additional offerings may be forthcoming that address
both DIY people and assembled module people that are not exclusive to
BrideChamber.

The MOTM 1.0 pc boards offered by SynthCube were purchased from proper
channels so they are 'legit'.
