So I see they lowered the price on the '910 PCB back to $19.00. That's much
better.
I'm still wondering if they are authorized to make new runs of the MOTM 1.0
PCBs (i.e. become a reliable future source).

Some prices are reasonable and some are, well.
$29.00 for a '910 PCB?
Are these NOS/End-of-life thru hole, or are they/you still making new runs
of the old PCBs?
