[sdiy] Inductors for 907 - 914 clones

Hi,

now for all: due to several mails of people who wanted information about 
inductors and provider (afaik they don’t exist) of pcb mountable coils I 
used in my clone project of a Moog 914 Fixed Filter Bank (see also 
www.analog-monster.de/mmt914_en.html ) I decided to provide single 
inductors, sets or PCBs of my own production for some time.

The Henry values can be customized, currently up to 5H (e. g. for “Moog 
purposes”), but I am working on higher values.
