You want the PRBS, but keep a high sample rate and long polynom to get
sufficiently high frequency and dense noise such that it behaves very
"analogy", but it is your ticket to mainly uniform noise. There will be
some gaussian noise on top of it naturally, as you will not escape from
the thermal noise of your circuit.
