Yes, that's what I'm using. I have one doubt about that block data
description: It's Device ID that isn't clear what it needs to be when you
take into account the Device ID for other sysex messages. I'm using 0x3B.

I don't think control change numbers are assigned for organ patch
parameters. There is that sysex "Special Operator" message that appears
to control certain system values but there doesn't seem to be any
assignment for organ parameters.
The manual's MIDI pages are so terse and cryptic.
