[sdiy] PCB square pads for LEDs - Cathode or Anode?

There are two standards I've seen used - the square for anode, or the square
for cathode.
There may be a third I've not seen.
Personally I prefer to use the square for anodes, but I put an 'A' next to
the anode and/or a diode symbol on the silkscreens for the avoidance of
doubt.
