[sdiy] The second debacle when PO fails to deliver overseas

I've never gotten any satisfaction when a parcel overseas gets lost... 
or allegedly lost.  I think you really have to factor in few lost items 
into the overall pricing scheme.  In my case the items tend to be 
expensive enough that I can usually encourage the buyer to use a method 
with decent tracking.  That seems to help.
