[sdiy] SMD Resistor recommendation

From what I understand thin film resistors are the SMT equivalent of thru-hole metal film.
Much lower noise and better thermal characteristics than thick film but about twice the price of thick ones which are ridiculously cheap anyway.  Use the thin Rs when noise and stability are important and thick when it isn't maybe.
