I presume that spline shaft ones aren't of use to you?

Also - not sure if someone new took over Re'an knobs after Neutrik 
(discussed last year, I think)
- Rapid, my UK supplier, seemed to get them back in stock again not too 
long after Neutrik ended them.
..but they only do the spline shaft ones.
