[sdiy] SMD Resistor recommendation

Hey All, I'm working on a project that I'm going to do a run of boards 
for and I'd like to do as much surface mount as possible to keep the 
manual labor down.  I typically use metal film resistors especially in 
audio related circuits for their better noise specs.  Been trying to 
find a surface mount equivalent, but searching Mouser for surface mount 
metal films they seem to be much more expensive than through hole. 
Anyone have any recommendations for good quality low noise surface mount 
resistors?
