[sdiy] Pre-test of SMD Soldering Job

I have soldered a TSSOP package onto a "header" board.  I would like to
measure between each 2 adjacent pins so that I know there is no short. 
This is a CS4270 codec, likely a CMOS device.  I have a Fluke DMM, can I
measure resistance with the 200 ohm range?  

I don't want to damage the device.  The header board will not be connected
to anything else.
