Cool stuff. Just found one for 40 Euros shipped from the USA to Germany.
Will make a nice addition to the electronics bookshelf.

There's also this recent book on analog computers which from the table
of contents looks quite comprehensive:

Bernd Ulmann, Analogrechner: Wunderwerke der Technik - Grundlagen,
Geschichte und Anwendung. Oldenbourg, 2010

But as far as I know it's only available in German as of now which might
be a problem for some.
