Sorry about my last post..
I forgot to say that I'm working on an old LEADER LSG-245 RF generator
front panel that has around 50 switches to be fixed..(bad carbon pad
contacts).

That's the reason for all my explaination about the switches
and the importance of Bob's possible repair disks thickness.
Another difference about my switches and most
synth's is that synth membranes mostly sit on a PCB
with gold traces shorten by the carbon pads.
--> These gold traces are very flat because of the PCB.
But my switches contacts are made using the bottom
pins bent inside at 90deg very close to each other.
These are the contacts that are shorten with the carbon pad.
And (in my case) the reason because the carbon disapeared
with years of uses.(You can see the contacts shape on the carbon pad )
So Bob's repair disk thickness AND diameters are very important
to check in my case.
