[sdiy] TB-303 CV outputs

Hi guys,
I scoped around my 303 today and have found the following signals:

filter cutoff CV - junction of R73, Q10, Q11

amplifier CV - junction of R131 and Q31

oscillator tuning - out on the "CV" minijack

filter resonance modulation from accent - junction of R46 and D24

additionally, oscillator waveforms - on the switch

Can anyone validate those? Can I just pull those out to jacks through
an op amp each, or is anything else involved?
