[sdiy] mains switches and Neons

Hi,
I think it may be down to bad connections within the switch itself.
for some spares for HH electronics I have used Maj electronics previously.
I have found that some of the smoothing caps across the main supply 
rails tent to need changing on the ic100 and similar models.
