I had mine in the mail on Dec. 18. Thanks to all that mentioned this here.

I only had time to briefly play with some of the community examples.

My first impression is that this is a very nice platform, and the 
pricetag for the board is very good. The XMOS C-extensions and the 
programming model will take some time to get used to, and fully explore, 
at least for me.

I notice the chip gets somewhat warm, I hadn't seen this on uCs before, 
but then again this has a lot more horsepower.

However there is one thing that I haven't yet figured out, how you're 
supposed to make the examples work that depend on other projects within 
that (aparently eclipse based) xTIMEcomposer. (Like the "glowing LED 
pattern" example) I know how to reference projects with eclipse in java, 
but doing the same here didn't help.
I ended up copying header and source files, but that can't be right.
Does anyone know how to set up these projects properly?
