[sdiy] Fundraising question

A friend of mine was going to visit in Vancuver with his wife.  She started 
having chest pains while going through customs.  They took her to a local 
hospital where she was told she would have to wait FOUR DAYS for an 
angiogram.  Of course they went back to the states and had a splint 
installed within a few hours.  She would be dead if they stayed in fricking 
canada.
