[sdiy] need help with a filter

I never use those plastic protoboards.
The late Bob Pease called them "slabs of trouble"...shorts, bad contacts, 
stray capacitance.
When I prototype, I just solder straight to stripboard, that way when I 
knock it off the bench,
nothing comes loose.
Also, when the prototype works.. it's finished!
