[sdiy] MIDI notes filter which is also a MIDI converter for Junos ?

It come up that I need something which will allow synths like Juno 106, JP6 etc to be able to send midi program change to other synths, without sending the actually midi notes while playing (meaning that changing preset on the master synth will change it on the slave synth as well, but when playing the master synth the slave won't play these notes).

I need either a very cheap interface which will do that, or go with a more expensive one but which will also act as a MIDI converter to my CV/Gate and/or DCB synths (Juno 60 / SH101 etc.) ... Anything like that ? Any help would be much appreciated.
