Just a bit of experience: about a year ago I tried ordering Juno-60 parts from
Tech Transplant, for which I needed to buy a "membership" first.
These parts never materialised and in the end I got my money back
through Paypal.  My claim was never contested by anyone and Paypal refunded both
the membership and the order within a week, which I found unusually fast, so
there might have been some prior issues.

That's just my experience though and things might have changed.  I have succesfully
ordered from Cy in the past when "his" Tech Transplant was still on eBay.
