[sdiy] Roland M-16C Memory Cartridge

Could you provide some links where I could start looking? "cartridge case" as a search term brings up firearms on google.

I see on the schematic there are also a couple of resistor arrays, a weird transistor with integrated voltage divider on the input, and another weird diode pair.
