[sdiy] Cutting Circuit boards

A big blade paper cutter works well, it dulls the blades after a while but
will cut a lot of PCB before that happens.

I have a situation where I have to cut up some circuit boards into one inch
square sections (IC adapter boards).  Can anyone give me a reliable,
consistent method for doing this? Things I've tried in the past for
occasional cuts (fine toothed saw with miter box, dremel tool) have had
mixed results.
