Hi there!
I've cutted kilometers of silver and PCBs with jewelers saw:

High precision, curved shapes, if needed - unreplacable tool for DIYer. And
cheap.

Subject: [sdiy] Cutting Circuit boards

I have a situation where I have to cut up some circuit boards into one inch
square sections (IC adapter boards). Can anyone give me a reliable,
consistent method for doing this? Things I've tried in the past for
occasional cuts (fine toothed saw with miter box, dremel tool) have had
mixed results.
Thanks.
