[sdiy] PCB Layout Software?

KiCad, without a dout. KiCad is fairly easy to use, although, I am
still learning it (but I am handicapped, I am leagally blind), but most
impotent is the fact that it is open sourced, and there are no
limitations on the package.
My policy for the last several years is to avoid buying software. I
make exceptions for stuff that has a reasonable price. But even with
free software, if there are restrictions on it, I avoid it.
I even gave an open source version of windows a try once...too bad it
wasn't quite there yet.
