I use Infineon quite often. They have a nice selection of power
MOSFETs. I've most recently started using their XMC1300 ARM Cortex-M0
microcontroller in a motor-control application (32-bits for 32 cents!)
They're a German company and from what I've heard, nicely subsidized
by the government. They were near bankruptcy in 2009, but have stayed
in business and are continuing to push the envelope in power
electronics and micro-processor tech.
