I don't think so. The send/return paths found on mixers, and I'm thinking of units like the Mackies, they just mix the padded effects return signal in at that point.
A pot dry/mix/wet control is actually more of a series proposition. For something like that mixers typically use an "insert" and relegate the adjustment to the effects box.
