[sdiy] .16" x .05" (roughly) shaft slider knobs anyone?

Mouser makes you order thousands of them now.  I see Senco or whatever 
that company is has them and they may be the same as Sifam part number 
05/LK121-03 or like that... in black or grey.

I'm just looking for a cheap price so I can get LOTS of them so I don't 
have to deal with this again for a while :-)
