Hmm. Think I'll confine my initial research to Freescale Kinetis. I've
got an I2S audio board for my Tower system. The Kinetis has a dedicated
peripheral, so I should be able to do the fiddly bits using Processor
Expert. I'd rather start with an "it just works" solution before trying
to interface with parts where one has to bang the bits.
