[sdiy] Toggle Switches

I have always used Taiway switches from Small Bear, and they are very good,
and quite inexpensive.  I've never had any issues whatsoever.  They feel
good, but he only carries the round shafts (not the fancy rectangular ones
some people prefer).  Also, most importantly, they have solder terminals
which are potted with epoxy, so they do not get funky when you solder (or
desolder and resolder) them, like cheap switches do.
