Cliff WF0
  £226.07 http://export.farnell.com/cliff-electronic-components/wfo/assembly-jig-pcb-aluminium/dp/439757

Cliff WF1
  £125.41 http://www.rapidonline.com/Tools-Equipment/WF1-Assembly-Jig-34-3610
  £232.85 http://export.farnell.com/cliff-electronic-components/wf1/assembly-jig-pcb-aluminium/dp/439769

Cliff WF2
  £139.00 http://www.rapidonline.com/Tools-Equipment/WF2-Assembly-Jig-34-3620
  £284.45 http://export.farnell.com/cliff-electronic-components/wf2/assembly-jig-pcb-aluminium/dp/439770

At these prices, I would look into DIY-ing one that did not lift
the PCB so high above the bench. Maybe using black conductive
foam as that is easier to find than dissipative pink foam.
