[sdiy] A better pair of helper hands?

Years ago I bought one of those two arm/crocodile clip plus magnifying glass things like this:

I bought the cheapest one I could find and it's served me well - but it's not keeping up. I'm constantly having to put stuff under it and/or behind it so it doesn't slip or so that it's the right height, I'm finding angles it doesn't quite get to, etc. etc.

I'd like to buy a new one - what's good?

It's mainly for PCB work - that could be everything from soldering SMT to trying to hold something in place to the front of a board while taking a measurement on the back but I've recently been making a lot of my own patch leads so it'll need to work with that as well. It needs to be reasonably small and the ability to just move it out the way when I need the space is important too.

All suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Justin
