Kunststofftechnik Grabher is in western Austria, a few km from
Switzerland:

I asked a question of Rapidonline.com at:

http://www.rapidonline.com/Tools-Equipment/Re-an-15mm-Mixer-Style-Control-Knobs-64708/

about whether they would be stocking the green indicator knobs, and they
replied by email that they wouldn't. Green is not one of the colours
mentioned at:

  http://www.reanknobs.com/index.php?id=26
  http://www.reanknobs.com/index.php?id=33

so I will need to make do with red, yellow, blue and white. There's no
sign on the reanknobs site or its archived version at archive.org that
they ever made a green pointer knob. The green pointer knobs are no
longer listed at Rapidonline.com and there's no record of the page at
archive.org.

The Rapidonline.com partnumber shows it is discontinued:

http://www.rapidonline.com/Tools-Equipment/Re-an-15mm-Knob-with-Green-Pointer-32-0395/

and lists the Re'an part number as P570-H-05-S6. The Rapidonline.com
datasheet from July 2003:

  http://www.rapidonline.com/pdf/32-0390e.pdf

doesn't mention Re'an, but has these part numbers and pointer colours:

  P570-16 red
  P570-26 green
  P570-36 yellow
  P570-46 blue
  P570-66 white
  P570-76 grey

Searching for

  rean "p570-16" perhaps with "knob"

turns up a few items of interest.

  http://www.electro-music.com/forum/post-156501.html

http://www.futurlec.com used to stock them, but they
    don't now.

  http://www.soselectronic.hu/a_info/resource/a/pdf/rean.pdf

This is a 2004 Re'an catalogue, when they were made by
Wergo AG and their website was http://www.rean.com.

Archive.org has snapshots back to 1999:

      http://wayback.archive.org/web/*/http://www.rean.com

http://www.bizflips.com/library/pdf/Rapid%20Electronics/33%20F%20F%20and%20M%20751-766.pdf

A 2006 Rapid Electronics catalogue showing all 6 colours.

I can't find any sign of a company which stocks this series, other than
rapidonline.com.
