[sdiy] Moog Source encoder issue

Whatever you prefer, but my Moog still had all original parts except a bad LED. I also added the Octave O mod to it which was great. The Source is a very good performing synthesizer, if not a bit delicate for that kind of regular use. Fortunately they are easy to fix!
