[sdiy] Looking for 61 keys 'waterfall type' keyboard for DIY..

Hello

I checked the prices recently: It is ugly expensive to ship something 
like the Fatar keyboards to the USA or Canada.

A single parcel with one 61 keyboard costs 90 Euros (10kg, max length 
120cm).

A 76 and 88 keyboard (parcel length 140cm) can be shipped to Canada with 
DHL for I think: ~170 Euros  (I forgot he exact price)

Such a wide parcel won't be shipped by DHL/USPS to the USA, so it costs 
over 250 Euros with UPS or a freight shipping company

And keep in mind: customs and tax are NOT included!


Shipping costs become much cheaper, if large quantities are shipped. So 
it makes sense to buy from Analog Haven (US), or Technopolis (CND). 
Because these do usually larger orders. Of course this will take time, 
because those importers wait until a certain amount of goods is to be 
shipped, so the freight costs get lower.
