[sdiy] SOT23 to DIP breakouts

Hi All,

With the help of a friend of mine, I just milled a bunch of SOT23
package breakouts, I've got all the ones I need so I was wondering if
they'd be of use to anyone else.

Expect more of the same as I start to breadboard more SMT chips.
