[sdiy] PCB manufacturers for SMD

One thing I forgot to mention - stay away from PCBWing
(www.pcbwing.com). I gave them two chances with board sets and both
times the vias came back not fully plated. These weren't crazy-tight
boards either, 8/8 on the whole way.
