[sdiy] PCB manufacturers for SMD

Tom,
I use BatchPCB in the US for all my SMD PCB prototypes. Their rules are
8mil lines/spaces as well and I've never had any trouble working with
0.5mm pin spacing such as (I believe) you've got on that 64 TQFP. It's
probably worth double checking your footprint dimensions, as well as the
DRC settings in your layout tool.
For what it's worth, I did have some trouble early on with my layout
tool when matching up routes to the fine pitch footprint. Increasing the
snap-to grid resolution helped me get around that.
Let us know how that 33EP512GP806 part works out. I've got a couple
samples languishing in the parts bin, waiting for a moment when I can do
something cool with them.
