Where might I find the multi-pin connector cable that goes between the synth and the keyboard - for a Synthi AKS?

Guess I could build one - what connectors are on the ends, and what's the pinout?

Also where might I find a power cable with that odd 3-pin end on it and an Edison on the other end? Or do people just drill out that hole and put a regular old IEC in there?
