[sdiy] FYI: erthenvar jacks - BEWARE!

I was reading over in Muffs today and ran across this. If you want to use
the switch in the erthenvar 3.5mm jacks you shoud read this:

Unfortunately I did a life time buy of these. While they'll work for most
outputs I usually wire the switch on the inputs to either ground or
something useful.
