I'd like to offer for free to anyone an EPROM programmer, UV eraser,
and some 45 used EPROMs.
The package is complete. The programmer is the EZ-EP model from M2L
Electronics (Los Angeles, Ca) (that's M squared L). It programs 24,
28, and 32 pin devices. It includes the wall wart, the ribbon cable
to connect to your PC printer port, and the programmer software (a DOS
mode program). The software is on a 3.5 inch floppy which I can email
to you if you can't read it.
The eraser is a Datarase II from Walling Co. It will erase up to four
devices at a time. It includes the wall wart.
The EPROMs number accordingly:
27C64 - 7
27C256 - 26
27C512 - 13
I don't know if they work. I used one to test the programming
software so at least one is good.
Both are known to work last time I tried about 5 years ago. It all or
nothing take away.
It will go to the first person who will physically take them from me.
I live in Tigard OR, next door to Portland. I'm not interested in
shipping it but for the right incentive, I'll be happy to do that.
