[sdiy] Akai S612 power problems

there is a bridge for the digital side and one for the analogue 5, 12,  
and 15 volt supplies
the +/- 5 volt transistor regulators hang off the 15 volt IC regs, and  
the 15 volt rails have never shown a problem, so I would assume that  
bridge is OK
