[sdiy] Best VCA circuit for synth module..

What would be the best VCA core design already available
on the net ?
I need log/lin choice feature on control voltages.
Temperature stable, low noise, high headroom..
LM13600, LM13700, CA3080..??
The summing control voltages part is no problem.
The important part is the VCA core itself.
The best design I found so far seems to be this one:

but I don't know if it's LIN or LOG and
I'd rather have both possibility on the same board.

Any suggestions ?
